First Blog!

I've decided that blogging is probably more productive than doing myspace quizzes so here I am!

Well.... lets see....a bit about me first incase any randomers look at this....

At the moment I'm living at University, as most of you already know. I'm at the University of Sheffield studying Law and Criminology and it's amazing! I love my flatmates too! I do miss some of my old friends from back home and highschool/college too, however with us all approaching being two decades old, I think it's about time we all moved out of our comfort zone of home and made some new friends, lol! I love going out in Sheffield and we really do have the BEST nights out here (and the cheapest too) =P I love to read and despite being blonde I am certainly not dumb =P Can't be bothered writing anymore about me right now.

Now for the actual blog =P

Today is the 19th February, as you can probably see from the date on here somewhere. The day started with me being woken up by some music at like 5am or something, I sent a sleepy, probably incoherant, reply to Andys text and tried to go back to sleep. The music finally stopped and I went back to sleep. When my alarm went off I managed to snooze it for 45 minutes, typical of me really, hence me setting it like half an hour early every day!

I got up, showered and set off for my workshop. As I was walking up the horrible hill I saw a guy walking across past the top of my road on the other side of the main road. I thought I recognised him but wasn't sure. When I got to the top of the hill he waved and ran across the road to talk to me. It was Jack Watkins from College.... didn't know he went to Sheffield and is moving in right near me soon, lol! Anyway I set off to my workshop, dreading two hours sat on a computer researching...

When I got there, late may I add, only one other person was there and we were quite worried it might just be the two of us. Lloyd came around the corner just as I was about to text him saying I would kill him if he didn't come. Ten people turned up in the end, including myself. We were in a room that didn't even have computers, hurrah! We had to basically take on different roles, like a Health Visitor, General Practitioner, Analyst from a Public Laboratory and Chief Environmental Health Officer and try to establish and resolve the cause of an outbreak of food poisoning. Random I know but it was fun! (We are doing about research just so you aren't all really confused).

I came home and had some soup and toast, weird combination but it worked. I decided I was going to get in bed and read my book (John Grisham - The Innocent Man) because I was frozen and my bed is warm. I kept falling asleep though so decided to have a nap. I got up again at about 4pm and went and talked to some of the girls for a bit, then made Chicken Rogan Josh =D I am a domestic Goddess =D haha!

Since then I have sorted out all my files and stuff ready for this semester and came online for a bit. I told Simon a story. It went like this...

Once upon a time there was a boy called Simon. He was very smelly. The End.

I thought it was good even if he didn't =P

I have been watching CSI also.

I think that's about it for my day.... I shall blog again tomorrow =D
